A: It is generally recommended that you wait 6-12 months after delivering your baby. Waiting longer is optimal, as it gives your body a better chance of returning to ‘normal’ after the pregnancy.
Q: Can I have this procedure while I am still breast feeding?
A: Surgery is not recommended while breast-feeding, as the medications used will be present in the breast milk.
