FAQ's

Q: When will I see my results?
A: This is once again dependent on the individual’s body and recovery, but the general expectation is 2-4 weeks after the surgery, when the bruising and swelling has dissipated.

Q: Will I have noticeable scarring after the procedure?
A: If the reason for surgery is excess fatty tissue and this is corrected using liposculpture only, the scars are small and inconspicuous.
However, if excess skin is present requiring excision, long scars are left on the interior or exterior aspect of the legs. The aim of this procedure is to remove the flabby excess tissue and to be able to wear normal fitting clothing.

Q: Does smoking pose a risk for this procedure?
A: Yes, refer to General FAQ’S for more information

Q: What can go wrong during/after this surgery?
A: Please refer to the Patient’s Informed Consent document detailing the risks and complications of this procedure. Your doctor will also discuss these during your consultation.
